Transparent Pricing

Base Fee: AED 250 per dinner

Complexity Adjustment: +AED 50 per complexity point based on your 3D profile: we evaluate the pool size of the people you want to meet, + do those people also want to meet someone like you, + your deal breakers.


Also, that includes:
  • Curation of the guest list
  • Hosting at a premium Dubai restaurant/venue
  • Icebreaker activities and light facilitation
  • A guided evening designed to maximize authentic connections
The activity itself is paid separately at the venue, based on whatever you choose to order and consume.

Example:

Base Fee = AED 250

  • Requesting a very narrow age range = +1 point
  • Asking for a specific cultural or religious match = +2 points
  • One essential non-negotiable (e.g., non-smoker) = +1 point

Total = 4 points = AED 200

Final Price = AED 450 for your dinner

You pay for the complexity of your preferences.

Nothing more, nothing less.



1. Pool Size

We measure how many people in our network fit your request when we combine age, ethnicity, and religion.

  • Large pool = Score 0 → no change in price
  • Smaller pool = Score 1–4 → higher price

Example:

  • If you’re a man asking to meet Western/European women (largest female group in our CRM), your Pool Size Score = 0.
  • If you’re asking only for Pakistani women (the smallest female group), your Pool Size Score = 4, which adds AED 200 to your fee.
2. Reciprocity
We check whether the group you want is also likely to be interested in you. Compatibility must go both ways.
  • High reciprocity = Score 0
  • Lower reciprocity = Score 1–4
Example:
  • An Arab man asking for Arab women → Score 0 (they also frequently want Arab men).
  • A South Asian man asking for Western/European women → Score 4 (Western women rarely request Indian men).
3. One Non-Negotiable

Each participant is allowed one essential must-have (e.g., non-smoker, vegetarian, minimum height). Every non-negotiable adds a score of +1.

For Group Dinners, each participant may choose one essential non-negotiable to ensure meaningful compatibility while keeping the group dynamic balanced.

Examples include:

  • Smoking habits — e.g., non-smoker
  • Alcohol habits — e.g., does not drink at all
  • Dietary / lifestyle basics — e.g., vegetarian, vegan, halal
  • Height — e.g., minimum 170 cm
  • Children — e.g., open to someone with children / must not have children
  • Marital status — e.g., never married
  • Religion level of practice — e.g., practicing Muslim

Deposit, Timing & Refund Policy (GroupMatch)

To begin working on your request, you need to complete the application form and pay the deposit

  • 1. Application

    – You fill out the Google Form and make the deposit payment.
    – Together, this counts as your official application.

  • 2. Confirmation

    – Within 48 hours after receiving your application, we review it and confirm (we check whether we can realistically find candidates in our database).
    – The search officially starts once we have officially confirmed your application (payment + form).
  • 3.Search & Timing
    – Our goal is to confirm suitable GroupMatch candidates for you within 2 weeks of confirming your application.
    – The Group itself is usually arranged within 1 month after you have submitted the application.
    – In total, the process from application to date typically takes up to 1 month.
  • 4.Refunds & Transfers
    – If we cannot find a suitable match within 2 weeks, your deposit will be fully refunded.
    – If you need to reschedule (e.g., due to travel), your deposit will be transferred to the next available introduction.
    – If you cancel before we start the search, your deposit will be refunded (before official confirmation)
    – If you cancel after we have already found and confirmed a candidate, your deposit becomes non-refundable, as the matchmaking work has already been completed.

Why the Cost May Differ

Not all preferences are equally easy to fulfill. A participant who is open to a broader range of matches may pay only the base fee, while someone with more specific requirements or exclusions may pay slightly more.

This isn’t about charging you extra - it’s about making sure the effort we put into arranging the dinner reflects the level of detail and balance required. It ensures that every participant gets a fair chance to connect in a group where compatibility has been thoughtfully curated.
